Rock the Night 2026

On Friday, June 12, 2026, the doors of the evening schools in Marburg will be open from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.: Interested individuals have the opportunity to receive individual counseling for making up the main school diploma and secondary school diploma as well as the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences and the Abitur. (After the summer holidays, both the evening secondary school and the evening main school will additionally offer a morning course alongside the evening course.)

Additionally, in collaboration with the Integration Office of the district of Marburg-Biedenkopf and the refugee counseling network BLEIB, the event OPEN VOICE will take place from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., especially for refugees and people with a migration background. Immediately afterwards, we invite everyone to celebrate at our summer festival “Rock The Night.” For many years, the FUN team, consisting of Dr. Doris Achenbach, Thomas Hölling, and Dr. Sabine Hörger, has organized the annual summer festival. They will be significantly supported by the school band, the friends' association of the evening schools in Marburg, and, for example, by the student representation. More bands, information stands, and attractions await you.
