Inauguration
The “Olzheimer Drees” is one of the characteristic mineral springs of the Eifel – bubbling, mineral-rich, and of special geological significance. For centuries, the spring has served the population as drinking water and today is a valuable natural and cultural asset of the region.
As part of its action program, the Nature Park Nordeifel has upgraded the spring as a recreational opportunity for guests and locals, with funds from the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, in close cooperation with the local municipality.
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Cost: free of charge
Location: Drees between Olzheim (Hillstraße) and Neuendorf
