Summer Concert: Camerata Bohemica Prague

Emilsson - Conductor Dimitri Ashkenazy - Clarinet Program: Mozart Divertimento in B-flat major, K. 137 Baermann Adagio for Clarinet and String Orchestra Menuhin Concerto for Clarinet and String Orchestra Bartók Divertimento for String Orchestra Over the course of its more than 60-year history, the Cultural Office of Eberhard Karls University has invited a wide variety of orchestras, chamber music ensembles, and soloists to Tübingen. Subscription concerts have been held since 1959, and since 1963, the Cultural Office has organized summer concerts at Bebenhausen Monastery as well as winter concerts in the ballroom of the university’s Neue Aula. To date, the Cultural Office has organized approximately 5,000 concerts. The diverse program consists of symphony concerts, recitals, chamber music concerts, and song recitals.
