The official ceremony for the 150th anniversary of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Vorchdorf will take place on Friday. For this festive occasion, numerous invited guests of honor, representatives from politics and the fire service, as well as surrounding fire brigades are expected. A special highlight of the ceremony will be the solemn blessing of the two new emergency vehicles, the Large Firefighting Vehicle - Logistics (GLF-L) and the Command Vehicle (KDOF).

On Saturday, the district fire brigade competition will take place in the area of the Kitzmantel factory / Bahnhofstraße in Vorchdorf. Numerous active and youth competition teams will demonstrate their skills and speed. The local community is warmly invited to follow the competitions live and to cheer on the participating firefighters. Additionally, various fire vehicles from the FF Vorchdorf can be viewed in the parking lot of the Kitzmantel factory. Visitors will gain exciting insights into the modern technology and equipment of the Vorchdorf fire brigade.
