Together with a farmer, Käsknöpfle are cooked in the traditional way - including tips, tricks, and stories about the regional cheese culture and agriculture. The Käsknöpfle, prepared with a lot of love, are then enjoyed together in a cozy setting. A truly special experience!
Good to know: Depending on the date, the course takes place at different mountain huts. A short walk may be involved, so sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are necessary.
Registration: by 5:00 PM the day before at Au-Schoppernau Tourism, T +43 5515 2495. Please provide the first and last names of all participants.
Meeting point: each time at 10:45 AM, Bergkäserei Schoppernau
Cost: € 37.00 per person, participation from 16 years old
