NEW SONGS with Johannes Wohlgenannt

Under the influence of world news, seven texts and songs were created from the end of January to mid-March 2026. I felt "beside myself" in the sense that I could only watch in disbelief as a few men can destroy the world order. I noticed that many others felt the same way.
Thus, I began writing song lyrics under the title "AND BESIDE US," and soon realized that I could not do justice to this theme with just a single song. Consequently, the other texts emerged.
What was remarkable for me was that increasingly, events from my immediate experiences flowed in, and, likely related to that, my feelings of being "beside myself" transformed, indeed reversed.
