“Pinch me, I think I’m dreaming,” her father thought when he saw her mother for the first time. 1984 – a few years later, it was “Live Is Life,” and Katharina Strasser came into the world. Back then, “Fürstenfeld” was at number 1 – yes, even in Innsbruck. Which song did you cuddle to during ski lessons? For her, it was “Ruaf mi ned au” – unfortunately, she lost the phone number of her crush back then and never found it again. And who knows that the original song of Austropop “Wie a Glock’n” was never in the top 10?
With her personal and humorous journey through the history of Austrian pop music from 1970 to today, Katharina Strasser takes the audience on a musical trip – following the motto: “Delivered,” at least for this one night.
“The 50+ Years Austropop Review” also makes a stop at the Stadthalle Schrems and promises an evening full of memories, humor, and great Austropop moments. “Oh look” – we’re looking forward to it!

Actress and singer, known from the ORF hit “Schnell ermittelt” as well as stage successes like “My Fair Lady.” With her solo evening “Alles für’n Hugo” about the eventful life of Cissy Kraner, she already sang her way into the hearts of her audience. She will be accompanied by her band.
