Start with our comprehensive equipment overview, fueling techniques, tips for heat control, determining doneness, and much more. We will also address the topic of "Healthier Grilling" - additionally, we offer insights into campfire cooking. During the numerous tastings, you will learn to recognize and taste differences directly. With the newly acquired preparation methods and flavor techniques, you will impress your guests at your next barbecue party.

After the barbecue basic course, you can share your experiences and impressions with the other participants over a multi-course menu and receive your personal participant certificate. The grilling seminar takes place in the idyllic garden of a turn-of-the-century villa, surrounded by more than 100 grilling devices - a paradise for grill fans!
