Branch by Branch – Understanding and Creating Wooden Connections with Branches
Wood connects people. For a long time, people have been crafting, working, and building with wood: tools, furniture, toys, tipis, yurts, or houses. But how does it all hold together?
We will explore how wood can be connected to wood without glue, nails, or screws. To start, we will take a look at the current exhibition "unplugged – the power of wooden connections" and then create our own works from branches.

While the children participate in the workshop, we recommend visiting our current exhibition "unplugged – the power of wooden connections." Additionally, discover regional handcrafted products in our shop or enjoy a relaxing break at the Werkraum Café with coffee and books. A successful conclusion will be a lunch at the Werkraum Café from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. (Please reserve a table at cafe@werkraum.at)
