The Eifel Association Daun is hosting a guided hike to the Lieser Spring on June 3, 2026, to which members and guests are invited. Participants will gather at 11:00 a.m. at the Guest and Event Center Forum Daun for the onward journey to Nerdlen.
The moderately difficult route covers a distance of 13.6 kilometers with a pure walking time of about four hours. The trail leads through the Lieser Valley over Neichen to the spring and back via Kradenbach, with an elevation gain of 250 meters.
A panoramic view of Hochkelberg complements the trail. During the tour, pack lunch is recommended. A joint café visit in Daun will conclude the event.
