"Juditha Triumphans" translates to "Judith Triumphs" in English. It is the title of an oratorio composed by Antonio Vivaldi.

An icon of female heroic courage is the biblical figure of Judith, who beheads the cruel general Holofernes while posing as his apparent lover in his sleep. It is no coincidence that Antonio Vivaldi chose the story of this brave woman as the subject of his only oratorio, which celebrated the liberation of the island of Corfu from the Ottoman army in Venice in 1716. At that time, Vivaldi was directing the choir and orchestra of a girls' orphanage, and his oratorio Juditha triumphans is composed for an entirely female cast. However, this does not prevent Vivaldi from giving Holofernes sympathetic traits and depicting his relationship with Judith with much eroticism. The very absence of male voices inspired the composer to create a colorful and sophisticated score. Conductor Aapo Häkkinen, along with his Helsinki Baroque Orchestra, brings this dramatic oratorio to the MusikTheater in Vienna.
