Interactive Workshop: Black Forest Cake Baking Class

A true classic of Black Forest baking takes center stage at this special baking evening: In the Black Forest Cherry Cake baking class with pastry chef and master chef Benjamin Kraus from Café Sahnehäuble, participants will learn how to make this famous cake to perfection. In a cozy atmosphere and a small group of no more than ten people, the professional will demonstrate step by step what matters most during preparation—from light, fluffy cake layers and the right filling to the classic decoration with whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings. Along the way, Benjamin Kraus will share valuable tips and practical techniques for successfully recreating the cake at home. In addition to technical knowledge and creative work, the focus is above all on shared enjoyment. In a relaxed setting, participants will bake, decorate, and, of course, taste the results. The course begins at 7:00 p.m. and lasts approximately three hours. Participants will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine. Additionally, they may take home two servings of the homemade Black Forest cake. Please bring your own transport box for this purpose.
