Lesung zu 80 Jahre Lucky Luke "Die Grimm Brothers"

On June 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Youth Hostel Marburg will be the meeting point for comic fans, fairy tale lovers, and all who appreciate special cultural evenings. Renowned artists Flix and Reinhard Kleist will jointly present their extraordinary Lucky Luke homage “The Grimm Brothers” and take you on a journey between the fairy tale world and the Wild West.
Look forward to an atmospheric reading with exciting insights into the creation of the comic, entertaining stories, including live drawing, as well as a signing session.
The event is part of the official reading tour along the German Fairy Tale Road and connects the well-known characters of the Brothers Grimm with the humor and adventurous spirit of Lucky Luke.
What is “The Grimm Brothers” about?
Once upon a time in the Wild West …
In Germany, every child knows the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. But in the Wild West, Snow White and the Frog King are of little use. Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm quickly realize this, as their reading tour in America threatens to be a massive flop. Fortunately, Lucky Luke is on hand to calm the disappointment of the audience.
In order to excite the audience, the brothers want to expand their repertoire to include American fairy tales and turn to Ma Dalton with their request. She serves them the story of the four decently behaved brothers – an instant hit in the saloons. However, the four rather grumpy brothers are far from pleased with the sudden image change that these tales bestow upon them.
Those who are creative, show up in the appropriate costume, and allow us to use photos for our media channels as well as the channels of the Deutsche Märchenstraße e. V. will receive a free drink.
