The Lindenhof Theater brings a stage adaptation of *Momo*, a timeless classic of children’s and young adult literature, to Albstadt. Michael Ende’s story is about friendship, courage, and the meaning of time. The story centers on a girl named Momo, who lives on the outskirts of a big city in the ruins of an old amphitheater. She owns almost nothing, but she has a special gift. She can listen to people and help them understand their worries and problems. But one day, the mysterious gray gentlemen appear, intent on stealing people’s precious time. Momo bravely stands up to them. She receives support from her friends: the turtle Cassiopeia, the street sweeper Beppo, and the storyteller Gigi. Theater Lindenhof’s production tells this poetic story as an imaginative theatrical experience about time, humanity, and the value of the moment.
