Interactive Workshop: Cheese and Cream Baking Class

Light, creamy, and irresistibly delicious—the cheese-cream baking class with pastry chef and master chef Benjamin Kraus from Café Sahnehäuble is all about this beloved classic of the pastry world. In a cozy atmosphere and a small group of no more than ten people, participants will learn step by step how to make the perfect cheese-cream cake. The professional shares valuable tips, practical techniques, and helpful expertise for home cooking—from achieving the right consistency to creating the perfect decoration. In addition to baking together, the focus is above all on enjoyment: in a relaxed setting, participants will mix, refine, and, of course, taste their creations. The class begins at 7:00 p.m. and lasts about three hours. Participants are welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine. In addition, they may take two servings of their homemade creations home with them. Please bring your own transport container for this purpose.
