On the weekend of September 19 and 20, 2026, the city center of Speyer will once again transform into a colorful market hustle and bustle:
The Speyer farmers' market invites you to two days filled with regional delicacies, traditional crafts, and authentic country life in the heart of the city.

The Speyer farmers' market has long been one of the most popular events in the region. Over 70 vendors from Speyer and the Palatinate will present their high-quality, regionally produced goods over the course of two days: fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese and sausage specialties, aromatic wood-fired bread, honey, jams, flowers, wines, and much more. Everything directly from the producers – without detours, with lots of heart and personal contact.

Alongside the diverse market offerings, visitors can look forward to an atmospheric accompanying program featuring traditional crafts, agricultural demonstrations, music, and lovingly crafted straw figures that shape the market’s character year after year. The sunflower – the symbol of the farmers' market – points the way through market lanes filled with colors, aromas, and encounters. Whether for shopping, tasting, or simply enjoying – the farmers' market is an experience for the whole family. On Sunday, September 20 there will also be a Sunday shopping event in the city center of Speyer.
