Nature Hike to the Idyllic Sankenbachsee

Guided Hike If one were to paint a picture of an idyllic Black Forest landscape, it would likely be the Sankenbach Valley. A long valley flanked by the dense Black Forest; in the middle, the trail runs along the stream and through small sections of forest. Animals in the wildlife enclosure watch the hikers as they pass by. At the end of the valley lies a primeval treasure: Lake Sankenbach, one of the five cirque lakes of Baiersbronn. Difficulty: The route is approximately 10 km long. The difficulty level is moderate. Suitable for: This tour is not suitable for strollers. A child carrier may be available for rent, subject to availability. Requirements: Registration is required by 12:00 p.m. on the day before the event.
