Intuitive archery in Elmstein with Silke and Claudius

Intuitive archery combines movement with mindfulness, tension with calmness, and aim with clarity. It means shooting without technical aids – not through sights, calculations, or pure hit rate.

No competition, less thinking, but more awareness, posture, and inner orientation.

Shooting takes place in the outdoor area, embedded in the natural environment with traditional recurve bows.

This course is intended for beginners or for trying out, to gather initial experiences with the bow without stress.

Silke and Claudius are certified instructors for intuitive archery.

The arrow follows the alignment. When a person hits their center, the arrow hits too.

The focus is on: Draw - Hold - Release

Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026

Start: 11:00 a.m. - End around 3:30 p.m. - about 1 hour break

Location: Healing Herb Seminars Mückenwiese, Mückenwiese 15, 67471 Elmstein (below Johanniskreuz, Biosphere Reserve).

Topics: Introduction to intuitive archery as well as fun shooting

You do not need your own equipment, but you can bring your own bows and arrows after prior arrangement.

Please bring sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing - loosely fitting (not too wide) tops and long pants, as well as snacks and drinks.
