Opening Reception for the 11th Wiesentäler Culture Weeks

The Wiesentäler Culture Weeks, organized by the town of Schönau in the Black Forest, are taking place for the 11th time this year.
The Wiesentäler Culture Weeks will open with a vernissage on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. “Zweite Form – gestaltet mit Geschichte” (Second Form – Shaped by History) is an art installation by photographer Felix Schelb, who breathes new life into antique drawers by repurposing them as picture frames for high-quality, custom photo prints. This creates one-of-a-kind pieces that connect the past and the present, craftsmanship and art, memory and expression. His works will be on display from October 16 through November 1, 2026, at the Bürgersaal in Schönau in the Black Forest.
