»What and how did the Romans eat? What did it actually taste like?« The lecture covers the development of culinary practices in the Roman Empire and looks at the plates of both the "poor man" and the rich and beautiful. In addition to interesting facts and spicy details, participants will also receive small tastings, because "tasting goes beyond studying."
Admission is free, but a registration is required.
