Together with the outstanding musicians Mike Fentross and Mark Haanstra, James Oesi takes you on an exciting journey back to the 18th century, with surprising detours into South African jazz of the 1980s and 1990s. The program features popular works by masters such as Handel, Bach, Vivaldi, and Abdullah Ibrahim—but in a completely new form. These masterpieces were arranged by James Oesi specifically for the trio, resulting in lively and unique interpretations.
