Nordrach
Featuring Ludwig Hillenbrand, Ulrike Derndinger, and the Nordracher Stubenmusik
Registration: 07838 929920, touristen-info@nordrach.de
On Thursday, December 4, 2025, and Friday, December 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. each evening, the traditional and ever-popular “z-Licht geh’n” will once again take place at the Mühlstein.
On Thursday, December 4, Ludwig Hillenbrand, a former high school principal, will recite some of his humorous and subtle poems and stories in the Alemannic dialect. With a twinkle in his eye, he takes a lighthearted look at many everyday situations, treating the protagonists “with kindness and compassion.”
Just like Ulrike Derndinger, editor of the Badische Zeitung Lahr, who is also no stranger to “z-Licht geh’n.” She observes her fellow human beings closely and, as usual, brings a smile to visitors’ faces with her cheerful stories. She will be accompanied by her partner, Heinz Siebold, who will sing Alemannic songs while playing the guitar.
The Stubenmusik Nordrach will provide musical accompaniment for the readings on both days, playing folk and Advent tunes and singing contemplative and cheerful Christmas carols.
The Bildungswerk team and the Lehmann family cordially invite you to this lovely way to get into the Christmas spirit in the cozy, candlelit dining room at the Mühlstein.
Purchasing a ticket guarantees you a seat for the respective evening. Table reservations are not available. Tickets, priced at 12 euros per person, can be ordered in advance from the Nordrach Tourist Information Office, tel. 07838/9299-21, and then picked up there after the amount has been transferred to the account of the Zell a.H. Parish, Sparkasse Kinzigtal, IBAN: DE 32 6645 1548 0026 0094 82; reference “z-Licht geh’n BW Nordrach.”
