Eifel heimisch: Faszination Auen der Eifelflüsse

The floodplains along the rivers of the Eifel exert a quiet, almost magical attraction. Between gently rolling meadows and natural watercourses, a landscape full of life unfolds here. In the changing seasons, the floodplains display new colors and moods. Morning mists lend the surroundings an enigmatic tranquility. Birds, insects, and rare plants find a protected habitat in the damp meadows. The gentle sound of the water is soothing and quickly pushes the hustle and bustle of everyday life into the background. The floodplains tell of originality and a slow, natural rhythm. It is precisely this unobtrusive beauty that makes this floodplain landscape so fascinating.

The circular hike is approximately 15 km long and has about 360 meters in ascent and descent.

Since we will be walking on rooted hiking paths in parts, the hike is not suitable for strollers.
