Choral Concert at the Evangelical City Church in Müllheim on July 18, 2026 Motets and Psalms – Featuring Works by Bach and Mendelssohn The **Junge Kantorei Freiburg** invites you to two special concert evenings in July 2026, filled with sacred choral music. Under the title **“Motets and Psalms”**, the ensemble will present a varied program featuring works by major composers of choral music. At the heart of the program is the motet **“Jesu, meine Freude”** by Johann Sebastian Bach—a work of extraordinary expressiveness that, with its artful polyphony, profound interpretation of the text, and moving emotional depth, ranks among the highlights of sacred choral music. The program is complemented by additional motets and psalms, including works by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy.
