End-of-Season Celebration at Schätzle Wein-Bistro. A gathering place for indulgence at the loess-concrete bar, featuring regional bistro vendors, a wide selection of Schätzle wines, and atmospheric music. Join us for a delightful way to wrap up the bistro season. Our bistro suppliers will personally showcase highlights from their assortments and share their insider knowledge. Look forward to the finest mountain cheeses and cheese spaetzle from Allgäuer Käselädele, premium mushrooms from Pilzhof Rein, and ham specialties and Schäufele from Metzgerei Sexauer. The Schätzle family will present a wide variety of crémants and wines at the large loess-concrete bar and offer a behind-the-scenes look. With atmospheric music, we’ll close out the bistro for this year together and look forward to the grand opening on April 1, 2027.
