The Marburg Open-Air Cinema Summer brings great cinema to the Schlosspark stage again this year. Visitors can expect a diverse selection of current films, classics, and special cinema highlights outdoors on a screen measuring around 200 m². The unique atmosphere makes every movie night a special summer experience. The current program and tickets are available online.

Tilda's (Luna Wedler) days are strictly scheduled: studying, working at the supermarket checkout, swimming, taking care of her little sister Ida (Zoë Baier) – and on bad days, also her mother (Laura Tonke). The three of them live in the saddest house on Fröhlichstraße in a small town that Tilda hates. Her friends have long since left, living in Amsterdam or Berlin, only Tilda has stayed. Because someone has to be there for Ida, earn money, and bear the responsibility. There are no notable fathers; the mother is an alcoholic. However, one day things start to change: Tilda is offered a promotion in Berlin, and a future that promises freedom flashes before her. And Viktor (Jannis Niewöhner) shows up, Ivan's big brother, whom Tilda lost five years ago. Viktor, who – just like her – always swims 22 lanes. But just when Tilda almost believes that everything might be alright, the situation at home spirals completely out of control...
