The Marburg Open-Air Cinema Summer brings great cinema to the Schlosspark stage this year as well. Visitors can expect a diverse selection of current films, classics, and special cinematic highlights on a screen measuring around 200 m² under the open sky. The unique atmosphere makes every movie night a special summer experience. The current program and tickets are available online.
Today, "Amrum" will be shown.
Amrum, spring 1945. Seals hunting, night fishing, toiling in the fields—nothing is too dangerous or too laborious for 12-year-old Nanning to help his mother feed the family in the final days of the war. However, with the long-awaited peace come entirely new conflicts, and Nanning must learn to find his own way.
