The Hirsch Effekt

Simple Language: The Hirsch Effekt is a band from Hanover. Their music is a mix of indie, punk, metal, and electronic sounds. At this concert, they will first play their new album “Der Brauch” in its entirety. After that, they will perform the most popular songs from their older albums.

With a special concert format, The Hirsch Effekt will return to the stage in 2027. Under the title “An Evening With The Hirsch Effekt,” the band presents an evening dedicated entirely to their current album Der Brauch – and also provides a comprehensive look at their career so far.
In the first set, Der Brauch will be performed live in its entirety and in the intended order for the first time. The album, perceived by many as one of the band's most cohesive works, unfolds its entire dramatic power in this way. Songs, transitions, and moods merge into a coherent concert experience that goes far beyond the usual presentation of individual album tracks.
After a short break, a second set will follow, focusing on the band's other works. Compiled from the six other albums and numerous creative phases, this “Best Of” program brings together fan-favorite classics, long-missed live pieces, and key songs from the band's history. Thus, a concert evening is created that dives deep into the present of The Hirsch Effekt while also tracing their development over the past years.
As usual, The Hirsch Effekt will forgo an opening act and dedicate the entire evening to their own program. The intense closeness to the audience, the energetic live presence of the band, and a carefully coordinated light show provide for a unique concert experience.
“An Evening With The Hirsch Effekt” is not an ordinary album tour. It is the rare opportunity to experience Der Brauch as a cohesive work while simultaneously embarking on a journey through the entire discography of the band – all in one evening.
