Baiersbronn Treasures: Forest Honey and Spruce Tip Ice Cream

Guided Hike with Tasting After a train ride, the hike begins in Heselbach and heads toward Ailwald, passing the deer enclosure on the way to the historic Seidtenhof. Here, two frozen Baiersbronn treasures are produced: delicate forest honey ice cream and aromatic spruce tip ice cream. After an interesting farm tour offering a glimpse into the modern barns and production processes, you’ll sample a hearty treat made from organic pasture-raised beef. For dessert, you’ll enjoy the “Baiersbronner Schatz.” Additional culinary delights are available in the farm store.
