Picture Book Cinema

What is it actually?
The Picture Book Cinema has developed as a special form of reading and storytelling. While the story from the book is read or told, the images are projected in large format onto a screen via an iPad and projector.
The picture book has a special significance for a child's development. The stories and pictures in books help in coping with everyday experiences and open up a fascinating world of new experiences. The format of the Picture Book Cinema introduces children to books in an exciting and playful way. The aim is to motivate them to read in the broadest sense; to stimulate imagination and to promote linguistic expression.

"Lieselotte Goes on a Big Trip" by Alexander Steffensmeier
The farmer's wife on Lieselotte's farm is ready for a vacation. With the caravan she wants to travel for a few days. The postman will take good care of the farm and the animals in the meantime. But Lieselotte definitely wants to come along! 

For children aged 4 years and older. Registration required.
