Nagold Community Theater: Nagold 1848

An entertaining **mystery** full of suspense, with clever twists, surprising moments, and a dash of humor that puts people at the center of the story while also making you laugh. The German Revolution is in full swing: People are demanding democracy and human rights, tensions are running high—and in the midst of it all, the **mayoral election in Nagold** takes place. Should the progressive Engel or the bureaucratic Belling take office? Engel wins, but during the victory celebration, the situation escalates: a street brawl breaks out, and suddenly a shot is fired. Nagold’s district judge falls to the ground, wounded, and the king’s soldiers are dispatched immediately. District Judge Lang from Reutlingen takes charge of the **investigation**. Who fired the shot? What intrigues lie hidden behind the political fronts?
