Wolf of Winestreet: In 2026, the castle festival and the wolf howl will take place together in September at Wolfsburg.
On Saturdays, the castle festival program begins in the afternoon at 3 p.m., and the wolf howl starts at 6 p.m. The lighting remains the highlight of the day. On Sundays, a colorful entertainment program for families with music will be offered from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Details will follow.
Unfortunately, access to the castle ruins is not possible. Instead, please use bus lines 515 and 517 to Schöntal, or the Mobility on Demand service to Waldschenke Ludwigsbrunnen. Please note that the return path is not illuminated. We therefore recommend sturdy footwear and a flashlight.
