Hiking
We hike for about 1.5 to 2 hours on a circular route and discuss the plants that are currently growing. They are each time in a different stage of growth, which is interesting for identification. Each hike has specific focuses and also plant families that we examine more closely. The basics of collecting, drying, processing, as well as the year-round herbs - nettle, ground ivy, dandelion, plantain, giant hogweed, etc. - are always included.
