Bike park riding technique training specifically for ladies! A relaxed environment to explore new things, test limits, and simply have fun with like-minded individuals! Our Ladies Camp is definitely the right choice for you! Suitable for beginners and advanced ladies! Group assignments will be made based on prior knowledge. We are happy to provide advice. Content: Basic riding techniques, proper braking, all safety techniques, weight shifting (SSP) *SSP = System Center of Gravity (body center of gravity including equipment & bike), tables, drops, doubles, wall rides, advanced techniques, and much more! Descents and trail selection will be based on skill level and needs. Start: 09:30 AM to approximately 03:00 PM Minimum age: 14 years - younger ladies are welcome upon request. Level: *Beginner (no to minimal prior knowledge) **some prior knowledge ***Advanced ****Experienced All courses in small groups; Meeting point: Bike School Elements (valley station of Leogang mountain lifts, in Sport Mitterer) What you need: A bike suitable for the bike park in excellent condition, helmet and protective gear are mandatory for all bike park activities! We reserve the right to make last-minute program changes for safety reasons (weather). All prices include 20% VAT, excluding accommodation, lift tickets, meals, and rentals! Courses take place in all weather conditions! Trail selection and topics will be adjusted according to the weather. Please bring weather-appropriate clothing. There are showers and changing rooms on site.
