Start: Mülibankerl Gmunden between 1:00 PM
Following categories:
Tour Skis (Directly over the slope, timed results, 2.8 km, 486 m elevation gain, if no snow -> Vertical Mountain Run)
Vertical Mountain Run (Directly over the hiking trail, timed results, 2.8 km, 486 m elevation gain)
Snowshoes & Hiking (Directly over the slope/hiking trail, average time results, 2.8 km, 486 m elevation gain)
Mountain Run (Over the Mitterweg to Radmoos and from there to the summit, timed results, 7.4 km, 500 m elevation gain)
Family Category 3 or 4 participants - at least 1 participant under 16 (Directly over the slope/hiking trail, timed results - The best 3 times of the team will be counted - 2.8 km, 486 m elevation gain)
Team Category 3 participants - at least 1 woman, registration with Vertical by providing the team name, participants also count in the individual results of the Vertical Mountain Run (Directly over the slope/hiking trail, timed results, 2.8 km, 486 m elevation gain)
If conditions do not allow for a start with tour skis, registrations will be transferred to the Vertical Mountain Run.
Snowshoe participants will then be counted in the hiking category.

The start will take place at the Mülibankerl in Gmunden, established by the Nature Friends Laakirchen and Ohlsdorf.
This family-friendly sports event is suitable for elite athletes, casual hikers, and especially for sporty families (e.g., parents or grandparents with children or grandchildren).

A special feature is the prizes: Winners of the traditional mountain run will receive a handcrafted miniature Mülibankerl.
All participants will receive a medal at the finish line.
As every year, there will be a large raffle during the award ceremony.

Participant limit: 200 participants.
