Schartner Kirschenfest

During the cherry season, the Schartner fruit farmers organize an annual cherry festival. At this year's festival at Firlingerhof, the farmers will treat visitors to freshly harvested cherries and many delicacies centered around the sweet fruits. Attendees can learn about cherry cultivation in Scharten and enjoy a variety of artisanal products and treats. Beekeepers will share information about their craft and offer their products. An annual highlight is the "Fruit Hill Country Championship in Cherry Pit Spitting." There will also be a petting zoo and face painting for the little ones. Music and entertainment will round off the program.
