Lake Festival Fairy Tale Night - On Saturday, August 1, 2026, a true summer fairy tale night will be celebrated in the idyllic Traunsee village of Traunkirchen. Magnificent buildings, enchanting waterfront lighting, mountain fires on Traunstein and the small Schönberg, several fireworks, peak lighting on Sonnstein, as well as entertainment and dancing will make this evening unforgettable.

PROGRAM FRAMEWORK 2025 - Program for 2026 to follow
6:00 PM: Salute by the Prangerschützen
The Prangerschützen of the Neukirchen shooting club will open the fairy tale night.
From 6:00 PM: Attractions for children
In front of the Klosterstube: bouncy castle, face painting, GONIS craft station, and more.
6:30 PM: Concert by the Reindlmühl Music Association
In Riedlpark / festival area.
7:30 PM: Spectacular rowing of the Traunsee boats
Traditionally, about 15 boats will row from the Winkelbucht to the festival area.
8:00 PM: Dixieland sound with the "Dixie Urtypen" from Ebensee
In Riedlpark.
8:30 PM: Departure of the music boats MS Liberty and MS St. Nikolaus
In Riedlpark; musical accompaniment by the "Dixie Urtypen".

9:00 PM: Dance & entertainment with "REMIX"
In Riedlpark.
From 9:00 PM: Enchanting waterfront and house lighting
Lovingly illuminated houses in the Winkelbucht, lighting of the Sonnstein silhouette, fireworks in the Winkelbucht.
10:00 PM: Main fireworks in front of the festival area
Will be launched over the lake.
From 10:00 PM: Open Air Party
Great entertainment in Riedlpark until the early morning hours.
Moderation: The evening will be hosted by Radio OÖ moderator Katrin Wachauer.

Shuttle service: to/from the festival area
A shuttle service will take you from the depot of the volunteer fire department to the town center from 6 PM to 1 AM. You can park for free until 2 AM along the former B 145.
