In the café-pastry shop "Eisenhuthaus," fresh delicacies are prepared daily in the in-house bakery. The Eisenhut cake, made according to a secret recipe, is particularly recommended; it is a walnut-chocolate cake with sour cherry jam and Weinviertel DAC. Various breakfast options are offered in a cozy atmosphere in the mornings, and on nice days, this can be enjoyed in the historic courtyard.

After a tour of the oldest house in Poysdorf, all guests are invited to prepare a yeast dough pastry together with the master pastry chef and take it home afterward.
