In 2006, cellar master Renate Haimel was named "Winemaker of the Year" and is the first woman to take on the responsibility in the wine estate that was first documented in 1815. Her top priority: wines that are crafted with great dedication and love, produced in high quality, carefully bottled, and elegantly presented. The family business places a strong emphasis on combining tradition with the latest knowledge and modern technology. To taste the offered specialties, a suitable ambiance is required, which has been excellently achieved with the establishment of the generously designed tasting room (Wine Forum) in 2008. Experience exclusivity with exquisite wines and selected culinary delights – this is possible at the Haimel family winery.
