Barely is the new vintage harvested, and it is already time to taste it. In the cellar, the must is still fermenting and slowly transforming into young wine. Join us in this exciting time.
We are opening our cellar and inviting you to get a whiff of the new vintage. Visit us during the Wine Autumn Weekend, starting at 4:00 PM each day.
You will taste the first young wines and barrel samples from the new vintage. Form your own opinion about the new vintage. A tour of the cellar at this time is particularly exciting and lively. You can almost smell the wonderful wine aromas in the cellar. Autumn delicacies pair wonderfully with the sweet Sturm and the already somewhat harsh, dusty wines.
