Auböckplatz 3, 4820 Bad Ischl
Countless visitors line the streets as members of the Habsburg family, representatives of former noble families, delegations from traditional regiments from the former crown lands, and several citizen guards make their way to the mass. Before the mass, the delegations assemble, report to the Habsburg family, and request further orders. After passing the honor front, the flag bearers proceed into the festively decorated church. During the subsequent mass, the imperial anthem is also sung. Afterwards, the regiments march through the entire city center to the Kaiserpark to pay their respects to His Imperial Highness Archduke Markus Salvator of Habsburg-Lorraine. Known as the highlight of the Imperial Days in Bad Ischl, this year’s event will be crowned by none other than the St. Florian Boys' Choir, who will musically accompany the imperial mass.
