Over the Faistenauer Schafberg, on Sunday, August 16, 2026, music will be played in all the managed huts starting at 11 AM. The hut hosts will take care of your physical well-being with their regional alpine delicacies. The Almroas will take place regardless of the weather, and admission is free! The Mittereggalm can be reached in about 45 minutes on foot from the Döller parking lot in the district of Tiefbrunnau-Faistenau, as can the Hatzenalm from the Keflau parking lot. From the mentioned huts, you can reach the neighboring alpine huts, Lanzn- & Döllererhütte, in about 1 hour. From there, you can also reach the two peaks, Loibersbacher Höhe (about 30 minutes) and the Faistenauer Schafberg (about 1 hour).
