Because when you suddenly find yourself in the 50+ target group as a so-called Best Ager, only humor can help against the lead in your legs and the silver in your hair. Allegedly, 50 is the new 30. Or does that only apply within city limits? Even if 10 PM is the new midnight, the new skincare doesn’t necessarily have to be Voltaren instead of Nivea. It’s still worth buying long-life milk. Crafting diet plans, dyeing hair, whitening teeth—these are all things for pop-up seniors who see herbal funding as a detox cure. His motto, however, is: “Being sensible is like being dead, just earlier,” and he brings the cheeky humor back to life. Right at that turning point in life, which lies between looking well-groomed and being well-groomed, one wonders if everything was really better back then, and if so, why not? Shortsightedness is now compensated with foresight, and as long as the cake is still more expensive than the candles on it, you’re not old anyway. Alex Kristan's alter egos naturally accompany him on this journey and are there to offer advice and support when it comes to the truly essential questions in the life of a man in supposedly the best age. It’s a start-up into a new life chapter, where gout or truth is played. And the truth is, he is 42 net, excluding VAT. Aging is something very beautiful, especially considering the alternative.
