Erlebniswelt Mendlingtal "Auf dem Holzweg"

Impressive gorges, winding brooks and a diverse plant world - guests can immerse themselves in this impressive nature in the Mendling Valley. The themed trail "Auf dem Holzweg" (On the Wood Trail) and the Schautriften (Show Drifting) teach visitors about the history of the lumberjacks, charcoal burners and journeymen blacksmiths. Other attractions worth seeing include the Venetian plank saw, the blacksmith's journeyman's house, the 140-year-old flour mill and the newly planted farmer's garden.
