& Advent Swimming with Christmas Tree Sinking by the Water Rescue Service

A special attraction is a illuminated, floating nativity scene at the Oggau marina. A unique reflection on the water creates a pre-Christmas glow. The nativity scene is created by the artist Mag.art Slobodan Oreščanin and can be viewed daily during the Advent season.

On this evening, the traditional Advent swimming event will also take place, featuring the sinking of a Christmas tree by the Austrian Water Rescue Service. Visitors can hang notes with Christmas wishes on the tree. The tree will be blessed by the pastor and then sunk and secured by the divers of the Water Rescue Service, in honor of those who have passed away in the lake.

A festive atmosphere with fire bowls, charity punch, and Christmas melodies will make this evening a special experience.
