SUP CAMP PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE (preliminary program) for SUP enthusiasts from near and far (overnight stay included or excluded) - also bookable for single days

Thursday afternoon: Start: 1:00 PM - get together at Hotel Seerose by Fuschlsee
SUP TECHNIQUE at the hotel beach - equipment knowledge, paddle techniques, theory, and much more.
SUP PHYSIOTHERAPY session: Find the right body posture on the SUP to maximize your experience and sustainably support your musculoskeletal system!
TESTING OPPORTUNITIES for different boards (including hardboards) & paddles and SUP accessories from selected brands
JOINT PADDLE SESSION on the SUP (focus - perfect basic stroke, building up for the following days) End around 6:00 PM
JOINT DINNER at Hotel Seerose (optional for external guests)

Friday/Saturday: Yoga at the dock or indoors (depending on the weather)
Afterwards, WHOLEFOOD BREAKFAST at the hotel (optional for external guests) around 10:00 AM
SUP SESSION with Mika Mayerhofer and the SUP BOX Team (focus on paddle techniques)
Lunch break
Afternoon: SUP SESSION with MIKA MAYERHOFER and the SUP BOX Team (focus: learning turning, pivot turns & turning techniques in general, individual guidance for perfect technique, ideal body posture, FUN on the SUP)
