Sommeryoga stands for Outdoor Yoga
Here you can enjoy your yoga practice in harmony with nature. Especially in the morning, the magic of the night still lingers in the air, everything awakens to new life, and this quality supports the shared yoga practice in the Botanical Garden. Afterwards, you can stroll through the park – your entry to the Botanical Garden is included in the yoga session – or enjoy a cozy breakfast at the café. Feel free to bring friends who may have little or no yoga experience – these sessions are mixed level and suitable for everyone – there will also be something for advanced yogis.
The Yoga Style
We offer you a good mix of powerful flows combined with gentle stretching to bring the body into balance. We place special emphasis on correct alignment and execution in the yoga asanas. The most important thing is that you have fun in the class, challenge yourself a bit, but above all leave the session feeling well relaxed. We look forward to seeing you!
About Us
We are the Sommeryoga team consisting of Natalie Lang, Ali Kaineder, and Angi Grassberger. We are all internationally trained yoga teachers with several years of teaching experience. Each of us has her own style, but we are united by our love for yoga, for people, and for nature. You are the most important to us, and we can’t wait to meet you on the mat.
Dates: Sunday, May 10, June 14, July 5, August 9, September 13, each from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
No prior knowledge required, please bring a yoga mat and comfortable sportswear.
Minimum of 5 participants. For information and registrations, please email sommeryogalinz@gmail.com.
