Vulkanland Spring Run

The Vulkanland Spring Run in Leitersdorf near Feldbach, in the heart of the Thermal & Vulkanland Styria, is the perfect start to the running season due to its favorable climate. The "ASKÖ Cycling and Culture Club" is a guarantee for events with heart.
With nearly 1,400 participants from all over Austria and twelve other nations, the Vulkanland Spring Run is one of the largest and most beautiful running events in southeastern Austria. Events include the Sparefroh Club children's races (500-1,500 m), the Lugitsch Steirerhuhn hobby run (4.2 km), the Raiffeisen Volkslauf (8.4 km), the Energie Steiermark half marathon (21.1 km), and the Karl Puchleitner Bau 5-person team relay (21.1 km). There is also a Nordic walk (4.2 km) organized by the Thermal & Vulkanland and the municipality of Feldbach.
From DJs and the drummers of Batala Austria to a gourmet/classical mile and a new young band featuring the brilliant soul voice of Elisa Lutterschmied, who will give visitors goosebumps at the Komm Zentrum, runners will experience special moments along the entire course, especially in the start/finish area.
