Meditation Weekend Altenburg Abbey

This weekend, we will connect with the silence and expansiveness within us in the seminar room, the associated gardens, and the peaceful surroundings of the monastery. Through various meditations and mindfulness exercises, we will consciously perceive the autumn nature and allow the constant stream of thoughts to settle. By sensing, listening, observing, and quietly perceiving, we will experience the connection to everything that surrounds us. We will linger in the here and now – mindful and aware. The seminar is aimed at both beginners in meditation and experienced meditators, to take calmness, clarity, and inspiration into everyday life. The silence and strength of the Waldviertel and the monastery located in the wooded hills of the Kamptal will support us in this.
