6 to 7:15 AM. Together with the first rays of sunshine, we slowly awaken our minds, utilizing our breath and meditation for this purpose. Calm movements that transition into flowing yoga sequences awaken our bodies and help us arrive in our center. After a deep concluding relaxation, we enjoy a cup of chai. 15 euros per person, 5-session pass for 70 euros. Meeting point in any weather at the tourism office/beach entrance. In case of bad weather, we will go together to the yoga room at the BioArt Campus.
